My Journey
From Struggle to Success
"Sacrifice who you are for who you could become."
I grew up in Immokalee, Florida—an agricultural town and one of the poorest in America. As a first-generation Haitian-American, I watched my mother work multiple jobs just to keep our family above water.
In 2013, I dropped out of law school. It was terrifying—fear of the unknown—but I knew I wanted sales. My first year in insurance, I made $105,000.
Today, I lead the #1 private broker team in the country. I've built a system that's easy to duplicate. Now I'm looking for driven individuals ready to build something of their own.
